Use of the service
PropertyEdge provides software that produces real estate analysis from inputs you supply and data available to it. You are responsible for verifying every figure before acting on it.
No advice
The service does not provide investment, tax, legal, accounting or appraisal advice, and does not create a fiduciary relationship.
Accounts and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly in CAD and may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
You may not resell, scrape or redistribute analysis output as a competing data product, or use the service to violate applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropertyEdge is not liable for investment losses or decisions made using the service.
Changes
These terms are a pre-launch placeholder and will be replaced with final terms before paid plans become available.
PropertyEdge provides analysis and estimates for informational purposes only. It is not investment, tax, legal or appraisal advice, and no return or investment outcome is guaranteed. Estimates are modelled from the assumptions shown and must be verified against leases, inspections, tax bills and municipal records before you make an offer.
